Method
Rows appear only when a dated public order, operational-use, testing, service-entry, transfer, delivery, or industrial-pressure signal is already grounded in the live archive and linked to a reusable source.
A focused feed of dated procurement, operational-use, testing, service-entry, delivery, and production signals across reviewed allied and export-reference system families, without pretending the full archive belongs in one flat feed.
Method
Rows appear only when a dated public order, operational-use, testing, service-entry, transfer, delivery, or industrial-pressure signal is already grounded in the live archive and linked to a reusable source.
Coverage Frame
The recurring feed follows the public comparison set: allied and export-reference systems with stronger public-source footing. Strategic Aegis architecture and benchmark peers remain separate archive references until a dedicated tracker frame adds real workflow value.
Update Cadence
Event-driven. Add or refresh rows when official orders, operational-use signals, testing milestones, service-entry events, transfers, deliveries, or industrial-pressure signals materially change a reviewed system family.
Normalization Rule
Where batteries, launchers, missiles, radars, and support packages cannot be cleanly normalized, the tracker keeps those fields qualitative instead of forcing fake unit precision.
Change-Log Rule
Do not add rumor, commentary, or undated backlog talk. Add one dated anchor row when a material public order, operational-use, testing, service-entry, delivery, transfer, or pressure signal improves workflow value, and keep the source trail visible on each line.
Comparator Handling
Rows are meant to help compare demand, live-use maturity, service maturity, delivery movement, and pressure across the public comparison set. They do not imply that lower-layer GBAD, upper-tier BMD, strategic Aegis architecture, and benchmark peers belong in one like-for-like ranking.
