Terms

Current terms for the public archive and manual access path

Foundry Brief is a founder-led public-source intelligence product. These terms describe the current public operating model rather than a future fully automated customer stack.

Public archive use

The public archive is provided for professional reference. It is built from public sources, curated manually, and presented as an analytical reference product rather than operational advice.

No guaranteed self-serve paid access

Published pricing does not mean self-serve checkout is generally live today. Early paid access, when offered, is still handled manually and may be limited while customer operations are being verified.

Professional judgment still required

Foundry Brief aims to improve speed and structure for professional users, but it does not replace independent judgment, procurement diligence, legal review, or source validation where your workflow requires it.

Questions, corrections, and access requests

Questions, correction requests, and early-access conversations route to [email protected] and are handled manually.

Current commercial boundary

Until a broader paid flow is explicitly announced as live, the safe customer expectation is simple: the free public archive is available now, and any paid or custom path remains request-based and manually confirmed.
